UTA’s roster continues to shift as we head into 2026, and today brought one of the more significant rounds of movement we’ve seen in a bit.

According to sources, three names have been released from contract:

Each of them leaves behind a very different footprint from this most recent run.

B.R. Ellis carved out a reputation as a pure wrestler’s wrestler—steady, technical, and the kind of talent that could make anyone look sharper standing across from him. Whether he was in there with top names or working to elevate the pace of a show, Ellis rarely wasted motion and always felt like someone the company could plug into anything.

Brandon Henderson brought a harder edge—more collision than canvas, more grit than glamour. He wasn’t subtle about what he was: a brawler with a chip on his shoulder and a style that dared opponents to match his intensity. Win or lose, Henderson’s presence always felt like it carried weight.

And Mr. Juan Calderon was exactly what the name promised: big personality, big visuals, and an approach that blurred the line between wrestler and action-movie stuntman. His run had a handful of moments that reminded people why he’s always been polarizing in the best way—either you’re buying a ticket to the spectacle, or you’re stepping out of the way when it hits you.

It’s also worth noting that Hardcore Sandy has officially been moved to the Alumni section, effectively closing the book on the most recent chapter of one of the most infamous—and longest-tenured—hardcore legacies tied to UTA history.

No official word yet on whether any of the releases are expected to resurface elsewhere, or if this is simply a hard reset as UTA reshapes the board for the road ahead. But three exits at once, plus an Alumni move, is never just “routine”—it opens doors, changes plans, and usually signals that something new is about to take those slots fast.
