In a development that nobody had on their 2025 bingo card, multiple sources are reporting that James Witherhold — better known to WrestleUTA fans as Hall of Famer Perfection — has been seen at UTA offices several times over the last couple of weeks.

On its face, that’s surprising. Dig a little deeper, and it’s downright shocking.

It’s widely known within the industry that there is no love lost between Witherhold and UTA management. The relationship was strained long before this year’s WrestleUTA Hall of Fame ceremony, where Perfection famously went off script during his induction segment. That unapproved detour only seemed to pour gasoline on an already blazing bridge, with many believing it all but guaranteed that UTA would never bring him back into the fold.

In fact, the situation was rumored to be so toxic that, over the last six months, whispers have circulated that the company was considering scrubbing Perfection entirely from the most recent Hall of Fame class—up to and including exploring the idea of reversing his induction on-screen. While nothing official ever came of those talks, the mere idea speaks volumes about how fractured things had become.

And yet… here we are.

According to those in the know, Witherhold has been physically present at UTA offices on more than one occasion recently, enough that it can’t be brushed off as a one-time courtesy visit. Whether these meetings are formal negotiations, casual conversations, or something in between remains unclear, but the timing has raised eyebrows across the locker room and fanbase alike.

Fellow Dynasty member Sean Jackson is set to appear in the main event of Black Horizon this Saturday night, challenging Jarvis Valentine for the UTA Championship.

With Jackson back in the spotlight and the Dynasty name suddenly echoing through modern UTA storylines again, speculation is running wild:
