Brand New Day: 2026 Card Updated Following Seasons Beatings
Posted on December 28, 2025 by Rumor Man Stan in RumorsWith Seasons Beatings now in the rearview, the United Toughness Alliance has officially refreshed the picture for its two-night season opener: Brand New Day: 2026. The weekend takes over Mullett Arena in Tempe, Arizona, and it’s already shaping up like the kind of “new year reset” that doesn’t gently turn the page—it rips it out.
Across two days, the UTA will introduce a brand-new championship, dangle life-changing contracts above six hungry prospects, and put the company’s biggest titles on the line with challengers still to be named. Day 1 establishes the battlefield. Day 2 crowns champions and forces the new era to pick a direction.
Brand New Day: 2026 — Day 1
Air Date: January 17, 2026
Location: Mullett Arena — Tempe, AZ — United States of America
Women’s Gauntlet Match (Main Event Implications)
The weekend begins with a pressure-cooker: a gauntlet where survival is the only strategy. The winner earns a spot in the Day 1 main event to challenge for the UTA Women’s Championship. An interesting note is the inclusion of Brandy Sutton, returning to the UTA for the first time since 2019.
Participants: Brandy Sutton, Athena Storm, Nancy Rhodes, Shannon Ray, Valkyrie Knox
Hakuryu vs. Brick Bronson — UTA Fighting Championship Qualifier
Two enter, one advances. This is not a showcase—this is a test under Fighting Championship Rules: submission or referee stoppage only, and only one rope break per competitor. One mistake, one bad angle, one second too late—done. Hakueyu makes his UTA debut against the corner UTA champion.
Silas Grimm vs. Kaine — UTA Fighting Championship Qualifier
A second qualifier under the same unforgiving rules. By the end of Day 1, two men will have survived the format—and they’ll carry whatever damage they’ve taken straight into a title fight on Night Two.
Tag Team Turmoil — UTA Tag Team Championship on the Line
Guantlet chaos with gold as the prize. Two teams start. One team is eliminated, another enters. The UTA Tag Team Champions draw the advantage of entering last—because everyone else will be forced to bleed the field dry just to reach them.
Participants: Rich Young GRPLRZ, El Fantasma, Iron Dominion, Velocity Vanguard, U.S.A, Next Level, Selena Vex/Rosa Delgado
UTA Women’s Championship — Marie Van Claudio (c) vs. TBD
The Day 1 main event is locked in: Marie Van Claudio will defend the UTA Women’s Championship. The only mystery left is who survives the gauntlet and walks into that spotlight with a title match in their hands—and a stadium’s worth of expectation on their shoulders.
Brand New Day: 2026 — Day 2
The second night takes the foundations laid on Day 1 and sets them on fire. The new title gets a first-ever champion. The ladder match hands someone a contract and a guaranteed shot later that same night. And the UTA’s top championships stand waiting for challengers bold enough to step forward.
UTA Contract Ladder Match
Six unsigned talents enter with everything to gain and nothing to lose—except their bodies. Suspended above the ring is a briefcase containing a one-year UTA contract and an even sharper hook: the winner earns a shot at the WrestleZone Championship later that night.
Participants: Jace Van Ardent, Rafe Sable, Darren Valiant, Kairo Bex, Graysie Parker, Maxwell “Max” Jett
UTA Fighting Championship Match — First Champion Crowned
The winners of the Day 1 qualifiers collide to become the first-ever UTA Fighting Champion under Fighting Championship Rules: submission or referee stoppage only, one rope break per competitor.
And the belt comes with a terrifying incentive: if the reigning Fighting Champion can successfully defend the title five consecutive times, they can turn it in and receive a main title championship match. In other words: this isn’t just a championship—it’s a fast lane to the very top if someone can survive the grind.
UTA Women’s United States Championship — Valentina Blaze (c) vs. TBD
Valentina Blaze puts the Women’s United States Championship on the line against an opponent yet to be determined. New year, new target on her back—and a division that now has two nights to prove who deserves to chase her.
WrestleZone Championship — Gunnar Van Patton (c) vs. TBD
Gunnar Van Patton defends the WrestleZone Championship against the winner of the opening ladder match. Whoever survives the ladders, the falls, and the scramble for the briefcase immediately has to walk into a title fight against one of the most punishing champions in the company.
UTA Championship — Chris Ross (c) vs. TBD
Chris Ross will defend the UTA Championship with the challenger still unannounced. After Seasons Beatings, the tone of the company has changed—and the UTA’s top prize now becomes the ultimate measuring stick for who belongs in the new year’s first headline.
Two nights. New champions. Unfinished business.
Brand New Day isn’t easing into 2026. It’s demanding answers—about the women’s division, about the tag landscape, about who can endure the Fighting Championship format, and about who is truly ready to stand across from Ross and call themselves the future.
