Kaito Watanabe is the son of Tatsumi "Tyger" Tanaka, a revered Japanese junior heavyweight legend known for his fierce spirit and yellow tiger mask. Tatsumi's influence on Japanese pro wrestling in the late ‘90s made him a cult icon, remembered for blending flash with tradition in both Mexico and Japan.
To honor that legacy, Kaito dons the name Tyger II, choosing to carry the torch not as a carbon copy, but as a spiritual successor with his own supernatural flair.
